Easy few ingredient blender Banana Muffins

Try these mini banana muffins. A boost of fibre, a little sweet. A perfect low cal snack or treat. Pair with greek yogurt or a shake for a protein boost.
In a blender: add 2 eggs, 3 ripe bananas, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 cup milk of choice, 1/4 cup honey or Maple syrup, 2 cups oats (GF if you need). Optional hemp seeds, chocolate chips, dates, nuts.
Bake 350 for 15-25 min depending on size and oven heat. Enjoy fresh or zap in the microwave
when ready to eat!
