Ideally wevwork together to build your knowledge on food, meal prep, and meal distribution while providing a plan to fuel your week. **This service requires an initial assessment first, to ensure your meal plan is custom to your individualized needs and a follow up to review the plan. Meal plans range in scope. Prices may vary depending on the size and scope of the meal planning. Supplemental sample days can be requested for a set fee.
