Service Description

Your first follow up is a longer session. At your first follow-up you receive your custom one-day sample menu, and nutrient recommendations if deemed applicable. Together we review your plan and set goals. Subsequent check-ins are guided by your questions and challenges, and used to reassess goals. Weigh-ins are always optional. 30 min, 45 min and 1 hour follow ups are available at $75/$95/$150 a session.

To avoid being charged please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
